▶ The app — SELL is live → The real till. Sell, Stock, Kitchen and the daily backup — all live on the real database. Phase 0 · foundation probe → Does SQLite survive a reload in this browser? Write a row, hard-reload, read it back. Phase 1 · data layer suite → 69 checks: the sale transaction, the replay guard, the two-till merge, the undo ladders, the stock colours, the seeded menu. The menu → Load the real menu onto this device — 64 products, and every step the till will ask. The mockup → Sell, stock, kitchen, day. In-memory, for entering the menu and feeling the flow.

Started with node tools/serve.mjs or python tools/serve.py.
Add --coi to send COOP/COEP headers — not needed for opfs-sahpool, only for the opfs VFS on the probe page.
